At ALLU, we’re experts at creating machines that enable you to achieve soil stabilisation. We do it by combining our processors and pressure feeders to offer a system that can achieve ‘mass stabilisation’.
Mass stabilisation is a ground improvement method for soft soil layers. It’s achieved by mixing an appropriate amount of binder throughout the volume of the treated soil layer.
The ALLU Processor is a power mixer attachment for a conventional excavator.
This attachment converts the excavator into a powerful and versatile mixing tool capable of penetrating and effectively mixing a variety of difficult materials - everything from clay, silt, peat, sludge and sediment, to dredged material and contaminated soil.
PROCESSOR 300 HD
Working to a depth of 3 meters and with a weight of 2,095 kg (+400 kg fabricated mount plate), the PROCESSOR 300 HD is designed to be durable. It’s made from wear-resistant steel, with a stem that’s engineered to be strong, streamlined and lightweight.
Powered by the excavator's hydraulic system, and benefitting from its ability to reach difficult or soft areas, the PROCESSOR 300 HD can mix materials everywhere the excavator goes.
Binders or chemical agents are delivered to the area of the highest mixing shear by an attached 80-mm diameter pipe, injected via nozzle located between the mixing drums.
The attachment is equipped with automatic torque adjustment valves between the two hydraulic motors, drum rpm and temperature sensors as well as sensors for oil leakage detection inside the frame construction. The excavator operator controls the rotational direction of the drums to adjust for most effective mixing.
2m and 3m extension tubes are also available as options for added working depth.

PROCESSOR 500 HD

PF 7
The ALLU PF 7 is a one-tank pressure feeder and self-contained pneumatic-based dry binder delivery system.
The Pressure Feeder uses an on-board air compressor to pressurize a tank of binder and deliver it in dry form. Delivering and mixing binder in dry form conserves the "drying" capacity of a binder. It’s a more cost-effective use when wet soil or sediment is to be stabilized.
The computer-controlled feed enables the binder to be added very precisely, which also reduces costs and increases quality on the jobsite.

The ALLU PF 7+7 is a two-tank pressure feeder and self-contained pneumatic-based dry binder delivery system. There’s twice the capacity for twice the productivity.

COMPLETE SYSTEM
ALLU equipment for soil stabilisation consists of three devices: pressure feeder, power mixing unit and control system. ALLU Pressure Feeder is a tank for the binder and through ALLU Processor that binder is fed to the ground and/or material processed. The whole process is monitored via ALLU DAC that’ll measures, controls and reports actions made. With this machinery, you’ll be able to harden soft soil by adding binder to the ground. In addition to this the equipment works perfectly for processing and encapsulating contaminated materials.
